Rebranding for Smith Rock’s local climber’s supply and coffee shop.
Branding Details
When the Redpoint brand transferred ownership, the new
owner wanted to create a more community-centered space, as opposed to the
previously climber-centric one-stop-shop it had been known as before. We
focused the design around Smith Rock’s most notable feature - Monkey Face.
This made not only a recognizable icon be tied to something other than the rock
itself, it made the shop’s signage more open to tourists and travelers,
alongside the climbers that already dominated the space.
